If your item is NOT personalised

You have up to 14 days to request a refund on your order if you feel the items you received are faulty in any way.

Should there be any missing items in your order we will send replacements for these items.

Refunds will be issued within 2 days of notification of missing items, with monies returned via the method of payment you selected at the checkout. (None personalised items only)

If your parcel has not been delivered, or you believe it is lost, we require a 14 day period to pass from the point of the tracking updating to having confirmation that the parcel is lost before we will issue replacement items.

This 14 day period maybe many days or weeks after you first ordered however our courier only allows parcels to be classed as lost after 14 days of none movement in the tracker. Once this time has passed we can send replacement items.

If your item is personalised

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable:

All goods that have been personalised, bespoke or made to your specific requirements and perishable products are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics,

Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.

Cancelling your order

After placing your order we allow you the  right to cancel within 2 hours. 

After 2 hours we are unable to cancel your order as we have passed your order number to our production team for processing.
